Commercial Charges
We reserve the right to apply commercial charges as applicable to orders. Customers will be notified of the applicable charges at the time of ordering.
RETURNS: Returned standard items received in satisfactory condition (unopened and as-shipped condition) are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation charges shall be at least 10% of the purchase price of the goods covered by the canceled order(s). In the case of canceled orders for custom product where processing has started, Wesbond may charge up to the full invoice price for the material.
