Shipping Methods

It is our policy to make shipments using the carrier and or freight forwarder of our choice, unless otherwise specified in writing. Shipments are arranged through a number of parcel services, freight companies and freight forwarders. The type of service, parcel ground, truck freight, sea or air international freight is specified by customers in writing on purchase orders. ISPM compliant packaging will be used when shipment is made to and through countries requiring such compliance. Such packaging is subject to additional charges.

FREIGHT COLLECT: Customers must provide their Account Number and detailed written shipping instructions. We are happy to provide estimated size and weight at the time of order or, upon completion, actual size and weight so customers can obtain their own freight quote.

PRE-PAY & ADD: In cases where shipments are made on a Pre-Pay & Add or on a Quoted basis, the cost of freight, insurance and a 20% handling charge may be added to invoices and or the freight quotes we offer. All shipments will be automatically insured to their full value unless otherwise specified. We routinely obtain freight quotes from a number of carriers to ensure we offer the best value to our customers.
