High purity alumina provides for low reactivity and can be used

The larger particle size, with its lower surface change and viscosity,
absorbs rapidly and deeply for thorough rigidizing.
No cristobalite
Completely silca free, eliminating a common source of thermal shrinkage
problems and health-related concerns.
